This award is based on the five C's:
Commitment to the team and the program, which may involve speaking on behalf of the Lady Knights and ranges from always attending games, practices, and fundraisers.
Competitiveness always competing at the highest level and always playing to win.
Character strong character is the staple of leadership
Competency must be competent at their respective position
Compassion must show a true compassion for self, team, and others.
The award is given at the discretion of the coaching staff and not given annually.

1998 Award Winner - Latoya Brown (four year member, played collegiate at Rice University)

1998 Award Winner - Cameron Umschied (three year member, played collegiate at McMurray College)
"Known best for her commitment and passion"
2000 Award Winner - Aleise Johnson (three year member, currently playing at Texas State University)
"Known best for her clutch performances and competitive spirit"
2001 Award Winner - Rhianna Reed (three year member, 2002 graduate)
"Known best for her commitment and competency at point guard"
2003 Award Winner - Courtney Locke (three year member, 2002 graduate)
